Frequently asked questions for Limos Michigan

Do you have limitations on how short or long we're able to rent from you on any given day?

All rentals require a six (6) hour minimum time commitment. At this time, there is no maximum limit on time.

Is smoking allowable on your vehicles?

No. We do not allow smoking on any of our vehicles, at any time. We do this to insure that all clients receive a clean, and spotless vehicle on every run. The likelihood for damage, and extra fees exponentially increases when smoking is permitted. In light of that, we've decided to go with a no-smoking policy. Rest assured though, we do allow for unlimited stops and mileage. So if any of your group needs to smoke, simply let us know and we'll pull over to accommodate as soon as it is safe to do so.

What are your hours of operation?

Our services are available 24/7 each and every day of the year. Including holidays! Our booking agents and customer service representatives are concurrently available at all times as well. Our office hours are 10am-6pm.

How far are we able to travel when we rent from you?

As long as you're within your allotted time, we will take you anywhere you'd like to go! You're permitted unlimited stops and mileage when you rent with us. We are unfortunately, not able to leave the state of Michigan.

Are there hidden fees? How about nasty fine print?

In short? No and No! There are no hidden fees, and our entire contract is readily available for you to peruse whenever you'd like to. Potential damage and clean-up fees are called out implicitly on the contract, and the price you are quoted will be the price you pay aside from damage or clean-up fees... and, these fees are rare.

Are your vehicles equipped with restroom facilities?

At this time, no. We don't have any limos or limo buses with restrooms. Again though, we do allow for unlimited stops and mileage should the need arise.

Is there drinking allowed on the buses?

Drinking is absolutely fine, if you are over 21 years old. There are bars and coolers stocked with ice inside the vehicles.

Can children come on board?

Children and those under 21 years old are more than welcome to come on board. If there are those under 21 years old, there cannot be any alcohol in the vehicle.

Can we see your state and insurance paperwork?

Of Course! We have nothing to hide. Please feel free to ask to see copies, if you wish.

Can we cancel our reservation?

Due to the nature of our business, you are unable to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to make it, you will still be responsible for paying the amount that is due.
